Thanksgiving Day

We had a great and eventful Thanksgiving day. Our day started at 4:45 a.m. when Julia woke up with a 102.7 fever. We decided to take her to the ER since it was Thanksgiving Day. She and Jeff went and Andrew and I stayed home. Turns out she has strep and got a strong dose of antibiotics. She was pretty puny all day, but pulled through pretty good.

When she got home she headed straight for bed, she slept for a while then got up and watched the parade. She loved all the Broadway shows at the beginning of the parade. After the parade we headed to my parents house for the Turkey Day party. EVERYBODY was there, I have never seen my parents house so full. We did all the things that make a great Thanksgiving . . . eating, football, games, a craft and a movie. We were exhausted at the end of the day, but happy!
